Cancellation Policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS PERMISSION: When booking an Alcyone Reading you are giving Stephanie Potter permission to access your Akashic Record specifically for this reading and not after. Permission must be granted for each reading. AFTER BOOKING A READING: You are responsible for providing correct contact information, including email address and telephone number. To connect for your session, we will meet by Zoom.us. If I am unable to contact you because of missing or incorrect information, you bear the responsibility for the appointment as a missed appointment as described below. After you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. In this email, you will find the date and time of your appointment, and information about how to prepare for your session. Please keep this email for your records. Payment is due at the time of scheduling your appointment. DURING YOUR READING: When you schedule and pay for an appointment, this time is held just for you. You agree to: Show up on time Be fully present Be alone in an environment free of interruptions (pets are welcome!) PLEASE NOTE: During your reading it is important that you are alone. Others are requested to not be in the same room unless you have cleared it with me before the appointment. LATE START: If you know you will be more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, please let me know as soon as you can. Please remember a late start shortens the time we have together, but does not affect your responsibility for full payment of the time you have scheduled. Also know that if I cannot connect with you at the time of our scheduled appointment, I will try again in five minutes. If I am unable to connect a second time, the appointment is considered missed. MISSED APPOINTMENTS: For any scheduled appointments, I will wait up until 15 minutes for you to connect. If you do not connect within 15 minutes, the appointment is considered missed. There are no refunds for missed appointments. RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS: Rescheduling requests are accepted up to 24 hours before your appointment time through the booking system. CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know as soon as you can and at least 48 hours in advance by email to contact@alcyoneakasha.com. Please NOTE: There are no refunds for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
