Your Match: Sound Bath

If you find it hard to quiet your mind, sound baths allow you to bypass thoughts altogether. These sessions use instruments like crystal bowls or chimes to produce vibrations that bring your system into balance. You don’t have to do anything except receive the sound.

This meditation style is especially supportive if you’re feeling energetically off, overstimulated, or disconnected. Even if your mind wanders, the sounds will continue doing the work.
